Engine Heat Protection Woven Cloth has excellent insulating qualities. It is a non-hygroscopic, dimensionally stable fabric. It is manufactured from a continuous filament fiber yarn with high tensile strength. This cloth can withstand the combined effects of flexing and high temperature and insulate in temperatures up to 2200 degrees F.

The cloth is designed for use as gaskets and for insulating contoured shapes on floors, cowls, trunks, or wherever a heat barrier is required. It can be fastened by gluing, mechanically, or sandwiched between other materials.

Engine Heat Protection Woven Cloth is available in 40 inch width and is sold by the yard. Standard thickness is .060 inches. Other widths and thicknesses are available upon request.
